Isempower and PsyMood joined forces for a 2023 Mental Health Reboot. Join us to learn more about it and get tools to this upcoming event
Sometimes it’s not easy to meet your expectations and reality, especially when you imagine and plan how your year is supposed to look. Being a newcomer, immigrant, student or just an organized person who cares about personal development, sometimes it can get confusing to prepare yourself for the upcoming challenges the forward year might have, especially with the recent scenarios world wild.
Have you ever taken your mental health into consideration in this process?
Well, sometimes we necessarily don’t consider that mental health can take a huge part in this process, especially in meeting expectations, deal with emotions and understand that the majority of things are not 100% under our control.
PsyMood decided to address this topic. In partnership with isempower, we would like to talk about mental health, tools to work with your upcoming year planning, respecting your expectations, and something absolutely new for us, to prepare you for a short challenge we want to provide in January.
We would love to invite you for this FREE on the 21st of December at 7 PM EST. Register below.
