Upon becoming a Wayble PRO member, you will automatically upgrade your profile to a PRO profile which means that your profile will be shared with employer partners for relevant job opportunities. You will unlock all of the Wayble PRO features as well as a job feed which aggregates job opportunities from 200+ partner employers that work with Wayble as well as top-quality job opportunities targeted to recent graduates from other popular sites nationwide. Every Monday morning, you will be matched with job opportunities based on your Wayble profile so you can relax and have job opportunities come to you instead of hunting for them yourself.

As a member, you'll have exclusive access to a range of networking opportunities, both virtual and in-person. Our virtual mentorship events, including weekly "mentor moments," offer a unique chance to connect with professionals from top companies across Canada. Held bi-weekly on Thursdays, these sessions provide insider insights into breaking into the industry and navigating specific companies. Given the importance of networking, these sessions are structured as group events, allowing you to connect with like-minded peers.

As part of the membership, you will also get access to a “career-readiness virtual workshop” held bi-weekly on Thursdays, alternate with the mentor moments sessions. Virtual workshops are designed to equip you with job search skills such as resume, cover letter writing, networking strategy, interview strategy, and more.

Additionally, we host virtual and in-person speed networking events, such as career fairs and employer info sessions, which are complimentary for our members. While these events typically incur fees for the general public, your membership ensures free access. Anticipate one Career Fair per quarter, totalling four annually. 

Furthermore, we facilitate more casual networking events within our community, both in person and online. Expect ample opportunities to network and connect with fellow members.

Most of our events and workshops are held online to ensure accessibility for all Wayble PRO members. However, we aim to host an in-person event once a quarter in core cities like Toronto and Vancouver (for now), as well as occasional networking opportunities. If you're part of our membership, we strongly encourage you to connect with other members to expand your network, whether that's in person or virtually. As a member, you'll have the opportunity to connect with others daily, and part of the commitment to membership is actively engaging with and supporting fellow members.

Wayble Membership PRO is dedicated to offering top-notch resources, events, and job opportunities customized to meet your needs. Currently, we're concentrating on specific areas of study, particularly in-demand occupations such as STEM, IT, Engineering, and some Business roles. This focused approach ensures our members benefit from tailored support. However, our commitment to growth means we're continuously expanding and evolving. In the future, we aspire to extend our offerings to professionals in other industries too. Ultimately, our aim is to foster a diverse and inclusive community that empowers individuals across a wide spectrum of career paths.

While we can't guarantee job placement, Wayble Membership PRO serves as your co-pilot in the job search process. Your success depends on actively applying to job opportunities on our platform, utilizing the resources available, attending events, networking with fellow members, among other proactive steps. We're committed to providing you with all the necessary support and tools to enhance your job search efforts and increase your chances of landing the right opportunity.

Upon approval of your application, you'll be seamlessly onboarded into the community, complete with a welcome package to orient you and ensure you hit the ground running. Once inside our platform, you'll find a dedicated Wayble PRO WhatsApp community tailored to your needs, providing step-by-step assistance to ensure you're equipped with all the resources necessary to thrive in your professional journey.

It's important to note that while we provide extensive support and resources, Wayble Membership PRO is not a career coaching platform. While you'll find a vibrant community and ample resources to aid your journey, we don't offer one-on-one appointments with career coaches. Instead, our focus is on fostering a supportive community, networking opportunities, and providing comprehensive tools and guidance to help you succeed

For now, the eligibility criteria are restricted to recent graduates or students on the brink of graduating from in-demand fields. As we evolve, we will expand these criteria. Presently, our focus is on this domain to offer the finest resources, jobs, and events. To qualify, you must also demonstrate a commitment to building a career within the specific industries currently targeted for our members. We will prioritize applicants who exhibit community engagement and a willingness to network, aiming to foster a dynamic community for the exchange of ideas among like-minded peers.

Once you are accepted into the Wayble PRO membership, there is a monthly membership fee of $24.50. This provides you with unlimited access to the Wayble PRO features including job opportunities, on-demand resources, mentorship events, training workshops, and a friendly community you can rely on. On top of all of this, you will also receive ongoing support from our Wayble staff as long as your membership is active with us.
